Order entry:

Every process sheet must carry a barcode (containing the product model, the process sheet and the order-entry quantity).

FQC:

Every process sheet record is captured by scanning in the SEM system.

Inbound:

Before inbound, the OQC sampling data is retrieved in the label printing system. If the OQC inspection passes, labels can be printed; if it fails, label printing is prohibited. Scanning the process sheet automatically generates the inbound certificate of conformity.

Warehouse material issuing:

1) Scan the label on the material by barcode and read the SAP warehouse inventory data; issuing the material reduces the inventory quantity;

2) Reprint labels for the remaining quantity.

Taping:

Scanning the certificate-of-conformity barcode automatically generates a reel label containing the label quantity, model, batch number and other information.

Taping leftover-material batch-merging comparison system:

Leftover-material comparison system: enter the leftover-material batch, merge it to generate a new batch, and output the label for the merged batch.

Shipment WEB barcode comparison system:

1) Enter the order and compare the taping label, the middle carton label and the outer carton label for model and quantity;

2) Create QR-code labels for comparison.

Barcode template designer:

1) Design barcode labels freely;

2) Labels have a label name and a version number;

3) Add a review and approval process for label templates.

Barcode label printing system:

1) Enter the order number, product model and quantity according to the rules to automatically generate the required number of labels;

2) Reprinting labels requires unlocking;

3) Labels carry an identification code so that the same label cannot be missed or scanned repeatedly.

Handheld PDA scanning:

1) Enter the order and compare the taping label, the middle carton label and the outer carton label for model and quantity;

2) Create QR-code labels for comparison;

3) On a comparison error the system locks and can only be unlocked for use by a person with the relevant permission;

4) Scan records are saved.

Label printing function:

1) Scan the process-sheet barcode to automatically generate barcodes in the specified style;

2) Record the content and quantity of printed labels.

Label splitting function:

1) Scan the label on the material by barcode and read the SAP warehouse inventory data; issuing the material reduces the inventory quantity;

2) Print labels for the remaining quantity and labels for the issued products;

3) Record the content and quantity of printed labels.

Taping:

1) A parameter-setting function for printing labels by product model, which can set the product model and the minimum packing quantity and let the system automatically generate the label quantity for each model;

2) Scan the certificate-of-conformity barcode to automatically generate a reel label according to the parameters, containing the label quantity, model, batch number and other information;

3) Labels must carry the preferred identification code;

4) Record the content and quantity of printed labels.

Batch-merging comparison function:

1) Leftover-material (model) comparison system: enter the leftover-material batch, merge it to generate a new batch, and output the label for the merged batch;

2) Record the batch information of the merged batch (model / quantity / batch);

3) If the model is incorrect, batch merging and label printing cannot be carried out.

Shipment label printing and label splitting function:

1) Select the customer's label template and enter the order's product model, quantity and shipment date to automatically generate a certain number of outer carton labels, middle carton labels and inner carton labels according to the label template and the generation rules;

2) Duplicate label printing must be locked out; reprinting labels requires authorisation from an authorised person;

3) Labels must carry the preferred identification code;

4) Create QR-code labels for comparison;

5) Record the content and quantity of all printed labels.

Shipment barcode comparison function:

1) Scan the internal taping QR code and the shipment-label QR code and compare the model shown on the two QR codes;

2) Record all the content of every scanned label;

3) Scan comparison errors must be recorded and must trigger an automatic alarm;

4) After a scan error, the system must be unlocked before the next scan.
